San Diego experimental indie rockers Idlehands is streaming their new album Dena Mora, out via Headphone Music (an Equal Vision Records imprint) in its entirety below. Dena Mora was recorded in Portland, OR with producer Kris Crummett (A Lot Like Birds, Closure In Moscow), and is the follow-up to the band’s 2013 EP, Common Soul. San Diego post rockers Idlehands will be releasing their debut full length release Dena Mora on May 19, 2015 via Headphone Music/Equal Vision Records. Dena Mora was recorded in Portland, OR with producer Kris Crummett (A Lot Like Birds, Closure In Moscow), and is the follow-up to the band’s 2013 EP, Common Soul. Idlehands is comprised of Johnny O’Hagan (vocals), Michael Brekka (guitar), Seancarlo Ohlin (guitar), Phil Di Raffaele (drums), and Isaac White (bass). Stream “Filthy Doves” below.

I The Mighty Joins Enter Shikari North American Tour

I the Mighty has just been announced as the newly added opener on the entirety of Enter Shikari’s Spring headline tour with support from Stray From The Path and A Lot Like Birds. Hundredth will also perform on select dates.

They are currently in the studio with producer Mike Green (Paramore, Pierce The Veil, All Time Low), recording their highly anticipated sophomore full-length, which will be released later this year via Equal Vision Records.

Prior to entering the studio, I the Mighty revealed a three-song digital release, featuring a new song – “Love Your Sin” and two studio recordings of full-band acoustic renditions of “The Dreamer” and “Speak To Me”, which originally appeared on the band’s Karma Never Sleeps EP and recent debut full-length album, Satori, respectively. The digital-only release was produced by Erik Ron (Panic! at the Disco, Foxy Shazam, I the Mighty), is streamed here.

Enter Shikari is returning for another US Tour in the Spring 2015 behind their new album The Minds Weep, out January 20, 2015 via Hopeless Records. Watch their Peter MacAdams (Ren & Stimpy) directed cartoon animated music video for “Slipshod” here and here.

Enter Shikari formed in England’s Hertfordshire in 2003. They cemented themselves into the global music scene with their unique style of incorporating post-hardcore and heavy metal sub-genres with elements of various electronic genres creating a very distinct sound. To date, all of their albums debuted in the Top 10 on the Official UK Album Chart, including two at #4. Enter Shikari continues to use their music as a vehicle to reach masses while they confront both political and social issues.
