The Kings of Quarantine, led by members Slaves on Dope previously dropped an awesome cover of Faith No More’s “We Care A lot” with a gang of rock and metal stars. Now they are back and covering Jane’s Addiction’s Alt-Rock classic “Mountain Song!” The clip features Wes Borland (Limp Bizkit), Tanner Wayne (In Flames), P-nut (311), Louise Post (Veruca Salt), Richard Patrick (Filter) and, Bert Mccracken (The Used). One hundred percent of the profits for “Mountain Song” will be donated to ROADIE RELIEF, a fundraising effort to aid qualifying Roadies who have submitted an application for financial help during the Covid-19 crisis. Rap Rockers 311 celebrated 30 years in music a few years back as the band was officially founded in 1988 and has had the same lineup intact since 1992, one of the longest lineups in rock history. The band released their first official full-length in 1993 with the album Music (Capricorn/Volcano) and their last album came out a year ago, Voyager via BMG. The band had toured all over the world and played festivals from pop to metal, and even had March 11th dubbed 311 Day”. Watch their friend, Rap Legend Snoop Dogg, shout them out!

311 released their new album today via BMG. To celebrate, they have partnered with YouTube and Nugs.net to Livestream tomorrow’s tour date with Dirty Heads at KeyBank Pavilion in Pennsylvania. Produced by 311 by way of a unique collaboration with YouTube, award-winning production company 7 Cinematics and live download site Nugs.net, this special global event is a must-watch, multi-angle high definition shoot captured by 6 cameras and viewable via the band’s YouTube and Facebook pages and at Nugs.net. The new album features 13 new songs – four of which were recorded with Grammy-nominated producer John Feldmann (Blink-182, Panic! At the Disco) and nine of which were recorded with Scotch Ralston, who produced 311 albums Transistor, Soundsystem and Stereolithic.
