Legendary Horror Movie Actor Sid Haig, Dead at 80 Years Old

Terrible news has come down today as Horror movie legend, Sid Haig, has died after an illness and after a recent hospitalization. The news was made public by his wife Suzie on social media post, which you can see below. Sid had a huge career in the 1970s in the horror, blaxploitation, sci-fi genres in movies and television, but had a resurgence after being cast in Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown (1997) and Kill Bill II (2004) and Rob Zombie’s House of a 1000 Corpses (2003). Sid’s last two roles are in Zombie’s upcoming 3 From Hell, and he was also in Slayer’s Repentless Killogy of music videos and mini-movies. We last saw Sid and last fall’s Spooky Empire con. Rob Zombie’s “3 From Hell” Movie Gets A Release Date

In a new announcement, Lionsgate and Saban Films will release Rob Zombie’s new film, 3 From Hell, in nearly 900 theaters on September 16, 17 and 18, 2019 through Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network. Listen To Three New Rob Zombie Songs from the “3 From Hell” Soundtrack

Three tracks from the score of Rob Zombie’s new film, 3 From Hell, can be streamed below. The songs, which were written and performed by longtime Zombie collaborator, producer Chris “Zeuss” Harris, were released by Waxworks, which is planning to issue the soundtracks to Rob’s Firefly family trilogy on vinyl. Also appearing on the 3 From Hell soundtrack are songs by Iron Butterfly, Suzi Quatro, Terry Reid, and more. The complete soundtrack and score to 3 From Hell will be housed in deluxe packaging, pressed to 2xLP 180-gram “Black Satans” red-and-black-smoke-colored vinyl and “Welcome To Mexico” purple with red-and-black-smoke colored vinyl, an exclusive essay by Rob Zombie, a 12-page 12″x12″ booklet featuring behind-the-scenes photos, and new art by Robert Sammelin. The score for 3 From Hell, along with the soundtracks for House Of 1000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects, are all up for pre-order, shipping in August.Continue reading →


Rob Zombie’s “3 From Hell” Movie Will Be Rated “R”

Rob Zombie fans get pumped! He has a new album and a new movie coming this year. Rob Zombie’s 3 From Hell, a continuation of the House of A 1000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects story has received an “R” rating for “sadistic violence” and “graphic nudity” from the MPAA. 3 From Hell stars Bill Moseley, Sheri Moon Zombie, and Sid Haig along with supporting actors Danny Trejo, Kevin Jackson, Wade Williams, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Clint Howard, Pancho Moler, Emilio Rivera, Daniel Roebuck, David Ury, Sean Whalen, Austin Stoker, Dee Wallace, Richard Brake, Bill Oberst Jr., Richard Riehle, Dot-Marie Jones, and Tom Papa.
