Skeletonwitch fans rejoice! The blackened metallers have announced that they will be releasing their first full-length album since 2013’s Serpents Unleashed sometime in the Spring of 2018 via Prosthetic Records. They completed recording the new record with Converge‘s Kurt Ballou at GodCity Studio this past weekend, and now the tunes are off to be mixed by Fredrik Nordström(Opeth, At The Gates) in Sweden.
Guitarist Scott Hedrick said this about the new material, “Those in the know are aware that working with Kurt Ballou ensures incredible sonics. We’re very comfortable working with Kurt which has allowed us to stretch out into some new territory. We’re excited for people to hear the new stuff.”
