Black Sabbath legend Ozzy Osbourne, who is home recovering from major surgery, will release a new solo single, “Patient Number 9′ this Friday, June 24th, 2022. Watch a teaser for the track right now!

 

“Patient Number 9” is expected to appear on Ozzy’s next studio album, tentatively due in September, which will be the follow up to Ozzy’s #1 Billboard and world-wide hit album Ordinary Man (Epic Records) . The album includes appearances by producer Andrew Watt on guitar and writing, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Metallica Bassist Robert Trujillio, Guns N Roses bassist Duff McKagan, and guitar work from Black Sabbath’s Tony Iommi, Black Label Society and former Ozzy guitarist Zakk Wylde, Eric Clapton, Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready’s and Queens of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme.
