Raging Speedhorn Postpones Live Shows For Rest Of 2016, Plot 2017

Veteran UK-based heavy metal band Raging Speedhorn have announced they have canceled their remaining shows in 2016. The band had appeared at both Download Festival and Desertfest London this year:

The band have made the following announcement:

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the cancellation of all our shows for the remainder of 2016 and the immediate cease in activity until the New Year. Raging Speedhorn is a unit, we work together or not at all and right now we need to be together to take care of one of our number. We hope you understand that we don’t want to go into details or go public with any information other than to say we will be back in the New Year. This is just something we have to do so we can make sure we can come back in 2017 fully ready for anything it has to throw at us. I hope you will understand and respect our privacy in this matter.

We’d like to say sorry to all the promoters who’ve booked us, bands who were due to play shows with us and fans who are attending any of the shows we had booked for the remainder of the year. We hope any shows that still go ahead will still be attended, if possible, and that you have a great time with us in mind. You the fans are why we do this and without you we are nothing. All of us are forever grateful for everything you do in support of the Horn, you are like family to us. Right now, we need to regroup and take care of our own.

Party hard, take care of one another and see you in 2017.”

The band had supported their release Lost Ritual with rigorous live shows this year up until now.
