The mighty Metallica has teamed up with Music For Relief to give two lucky fans the chance to win a once in a lifetime trip to hang with the band in Copenhagen, but more importantly, provide aid to those affected by Hurricane Matthew in Haiti. Here’s the official statement from their Propeller page: “Music for Relief has teamed up with Metallica and the music community to provide immediate aid to Haiti after the devastation caused by Hurricane Matthew. The category 4 storm caused major flooding, ripped roofs off of homes, downed trees and destroyed crops. MFR, in partnership with International Medical Corps and Mercy Corps, is providing clean drinking water, medical treatment, food, and sanitation & hygiene solutions to help prevent further casualties from disease. And we need your support. Everyone who contributes $5 or more will be entered to win an all-expense paid trip to meet the band and have the ultimate VIP experience to catch Metallica live at the brand new Royal Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark.
