Metallica just wrapped up three sold out shows at Foro Sol in Mexico City, Mexico, and they did not disappoint the 200,000 fans that came to see them over the weekend. The first two nights includes new and old hits that had the crowd in an absolute frenzy, and the final show included two surprises for those in attendance. After blasting ‘Wherever I May Roam’ through the speakers, James told the crowd “Now for something heavy,” and the band performed ‘Dream No More’ from Hardwired…To Self Destruct live for the first time ever. Not to be outdone by the new song’s powerful debut, their encore kicked off with a blistering version of The Stooges‘ ‘TV Eye’ with Iggy Pop on stage! It was legend overload!
