Lamb of God Teases New Album Due in 2020

On of Modern Metal’s leading lights, Lamb of God has shared a video teaser hinting at their next release, due at some point in 2020. The clip shows the band in the studio and ends with a solemn “2020”. Watch it below. The new LoG album will be the follow-up to 2015’s acclaimed VII: Sturm Und Drang (Reprise). The band also released a tribute EP to a fallen fan, The Duke in 2016, and also reconvened under their original moniker Burn The Priest to celebrate twenty years as a band in 2018 with an album of covers of Hardcore and Metal songs, Legion: XX. The new album will be the first without former co-founding drummer Chris Adler who departed the band in 2019. He was officially replaced by Art Cruz (Prong, Winds of Plague), who was a live fill-in for the band until he joined officially.
