Lamb of God Releases New Album Details and Release Date

Vanguard level Metal band Lamb of God has set a self-titled release Lamb of God for their next album name and a May 8th date via Epic Records in the U.S. and Nuclear Blast Records in Europe. The new album will be the first without co-founder and former drummer Chris Adler who left the band in 2019. He was replaced by Art Cruz (Prong, Winds of Plague). Cruz has been playing with LoG since 2018 and toured with Slayer on their farewell tour for his very first gigs. The record is their first since their comeback album VII: Sturm Und Drang in 2016, which saw them tour the world and become one of the dominant bands in the genre. The first single ‘Checkmate‘ was teased earlier this week and drops tomorrow, Thursday, February 6th.
