On March 18th, 2022 Iron Maiden will issue a new version of their classic album The Number of The Beast (Parlophone) for the first time since the 1980s in the UK and Europe. The cassette will get a US release on March 25th. The album was their first to feature vocalist Bruce Dickinson and their last with drummer Clive Burr and became the band’s first album to top the UK Albums Chart and reach the top 40 of the US Billboard 200.
Lots of you probably heard NOTB for the first time on cassette… now everyone gets a chance to relive the wonder of having to turn it over halfway through then realising you need to rewind a bit!
