Jayelle comments:

“Quarantine really allowed me to take time to get back in touch with myself, especially as an artist. As a direct result, this EP is a product of a lot of creative experimentation and self-reflection. Many of the concepts I tackle in these songs are subjects that I wouldn’t have gone near at the beginning of this year. However, being able to create inside my own little bubble, without fear of public opinion, allowed me to get outside my head and into a very vulnerable place. I think I’m a better writer for it, and a better person for it too.”
