Nearly three months have passed since Chris Cornell‘s death, and while we do have a huge catalog of music to help keep his memory alive, his wife is going one step further for her late husband. According to Seattle Times, she has hired sculptor Wayne Toth to create a statue of Chris that will memorialize the singer for generations to come in Seattle. An exact location in the city is still being worked out for the statue, but it’s definitely happening. She states, “Wayne has already given me a design, and the children and I love it. He is Seattle’s son and we will be bringing him home and honoring him.”
