Chicago Open Air Goes On Hiatus For 2018, Set To Return Next Year

Chicago Open Air has announced that the festival has gone on hiatus for 2018, and that it will be back for 2019. The festival had already announced their lineup by early March last year for the 2017 edition that featured Korn, Avenged Sevenfold, Rob Zombie, Ozzy Osbourne, KISS, Slayer, Anthrax, Behemoth, Lamb Of God, Pig Destroyer and many more. The fest was considered a success and drew 70,000+ fans to Daytona Park in Bedford, IL, right outside of Chicago.

You can check out Ghost Cult’s coverage of the fest from last year, and we hope to go back when it returns.
