City Of Catepillar Announce New Music And Further Tours

Following a run of reunion shows early this year, City of Caterpillar has now announced plans to release their first new recording in roughly 15 years. You can hear ‘Driving Spain Up A Wall’ below:

Never before released, ‘Driving Spain Up A Wall’ was tracked earlier this year in Richmond, VA and New York City, then mixed by Jack Shirley at The Atomic Garden. The band performed the song many times, but never recorded it before disbanding in 2003. The new recording will be released on a 12″ EP alongside the outtake track ‘As the Curtains Dim (Little White Lie),’ which surfaced earlier this year as a digital-only single. The two-track vinyl package will be released this summer, followed by a digital release.

The two-track vinyl package will be released this summer through Repeater Records & Adagio830. A digital release by The Archivist will follow.
