Wow. According to reports from Noise 11 and Ultimate Classic Rock, Angus Young is planning to write and release a new AC/DC album with Axl Rose in 2018. Of course this is only a rumor right now, but if it’s true, this will be huge. Rose took over for Brian Johnson last year, and fronted the Rock or Bust tour with the legendary group. As Noise 11 states, “The chemistry between Axl Rose and Angus Young has inspired Angus to start planning another AC/DC record, but Guns N’ Roses’ touring commitments throughout 2017 will make it difficult to finalize the project until 2018.

Earlier this month, Noise 11‘s Tim Cashmere wrote in a story, “Axl Rose fronting AC/DC was controversial and if you didn’t like that combination you will be horrified to learn there is an album on the way.

Stay tuned for any confirmation from the bands, but if this is real, what do you think? Are you a fan of Axl with AC/DC? Do you want to hear an album? Let us know!
